Abstract
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for measuring leg lengths in total hip replacement arthroplasty. CPRを基準位置とするが、本体の肩中央の首に計測棒
を設置し、5mm間隔の数値を表示した計測棒(6)を
すべるルーラー(7)に取り付けたマーカー鋼線(8)
の先端で大転子近辺に電気メスあるいはノミ、色素によ
りマーキングし長さを計測しておく(図4左)。そして
実際の臼蓋の掘削操作の際は開創ピンはそのままにし、
計測棒は手術中には取り外しておく。人工臼蓋を設置の
