中央処理装置からの払出し信号と、払出しモータの回転
に応じてオン・オフするコイン払出し確認スイッチから
の信号と、により払出しモータへの通電が制御されるコ
イン払出し装置において、上記中央処理装置からさらに
払出し許可信号を送出させると共に、該払出し許可信号
により上記払出し信号とコイン払出し確認スイッチから
の信号とに優先して払出しモータへの通電を制御する回
路を備え、上記払出し信号又はコイン払出し確認スイッ
チからの信号の時間管理により故障を検知したときは該
回路により払出しモータへ所定時間以上連続して通電し
