Abstract
PURPOSE:To miniaturize a dielectric filter, by separating resonance frequency adjusting screws and screw rods for coupling degree adjustment and arranging them on different surfaces. CONSTITUTION:A dielectric filter consists of a dielectric block 1, a case 5, resonance frequency adjusting screws 8 and coupling adjustment rods 10, and the rods 10 are arranged at the bottom of the case 5 through separation. A cover 7 has no screw holes for said rods 10 and the case 5 is provided with screw holes for the screw rods 10. Since the screw rods 10 had conventionally been provided to the cover 7, a fixing nut 101 for the screw rod 10 is brought into contact with a fixed nut for the screw 8, which was a great cause against the miniaturized filter. Thus, the screw rods 10 are screwed at the bottom of the case 5 and arranged through separation from the screws 8, allowing to miniaturize the dielectric filter.

A lid 7 equipped with resonance frequency adjustment screws 8 corresponding to numbers 1 and 12 and a coupling degree adjustment threaded rod 9 is placed on the case 5 and fixed. After the resonance frequency adjusting screw 8 and the coupling degree adjusting threaded rod 9 are rotated to adjust the frequency and coupling degree to a predetermined value, the fixing nuts 81 and 91 are tightened and fixed.・However, mobile radio (vehicle-mounted, portable)
There is a strong demand for smaller and lighter filters, but it is difficult to miniaturize the dielectric filter itself because its positional relationship is limited by fixing means such as the fixing nuts 81 and 91. There was a point.

Embodiments of the dielectric filter according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.

In FIG. 2, the dielectric filter of the present invention is equipped with a dielectric block, a case, a resonant frequency adjusting screw, a coupling degree adjusting threaded rod, etc. as in FIG. 1, but the coupling degree adjusting threaded rod 9 It is distinctive in that it is placed separately at the bottom of the case 5. Therefore, the parts other than the coupling degree adjustment threaded rod are given the same reference numerals as in the previous time, and the explanation of these parts will be omitted here.

Since the coupling degree adjusting rod 10 that characterizes the present invention was conventionally provided in the lid 7, the fixing nut 101 of the coupling degree adjusting threaded rod 10 comes into contact with the fixing nut 81 of the resonance frequency adjusting screw 8. This has been a major cause of hindering miniaturization. Therefore, by screwing the coupling degree adjustment threaded rod 10 into the bottom of the case 2 and arranging it separately from the resonance frequency adjustment screw 8, it is possible to downsize the dielectric filter.

Further, a metal ring or the like may be used instead of the metal-twisted conductor #2 on the inner surface of the resonance frequency adjustment hole 11.

Since it is lightweight, it is extremely advantageous to apply it to various mobile radios and the like.

If the rod-shaped body and the tightening means can be operated from the outside in combination with a means, the rod-shaped body and the tightening means can be achieved by, for example, a presser fitting. The same thing can be done for the degree of coupling means as well, by changing the insertion length into the hole. You can do exactly the same thing to make it happen.

In the present invention, it is only necessary to separately provide the frequency adjustment means and the coupling degree adjustment means on two different surfaces other than the same surface. All that is required is to install a dielectric block inside the housing, which is a shaped mounting base, and provide adjustment means on each of the two opposing sides. It is a welcome thing.
