대차부를 구성하는 베이스 프레임(3)의 후방에는 컨베이어 프레임(20)의 일측을 움직이게 설치하고, 베이스 프레임(3)의 가운데는 모터와 연결된 스크류(33)에 나사결합되어 스크류의 정역회전에 의해서 신축되는 나사관(31)을 구성하여 절곡되는 아암(32)의 가운데 연결하고, 아암(32)의 하단은 베이스 프레임(3)에 설치하고, 상단은 컨베이어 프레임(20)에 설치되어 각도조절부(30)가 구성되며,
상기 컨베이어 프레임(20)의 하부에 마늘을 놓아둘 수 있고, 버킷(15)의 밑판(16)과 절개홈(17)들이 지나갈 수 있는 공간부(11)와 걸림편(12)들이 형성된 홉퍼(10)가 경사지게 설치되며,
