Description[]

Games Description
GSC An attack that always paralyzes.
RSE Powerful and sure to cause paralysis, but inaccurate.
FRLG An electric blast is fired like a cannon to inflict damage and paralyze.

The user fires an electric blast like a cannon to inflict damage and cause paralysis.
SV The user attacks by firing an electric blast like a cannon. This also leaves the target with paralysis.

Effect[]

In battle[]

It is capable of immediately paralyzing the foe if it hits, but it only has 50% accuracy. It is one of nine elemental moves that do the same damage, 120 HP, consisting of Fire Blast, Hydro Pump, Gunk Shot, Focus Blast, Blizzard, Zap Cannon, Power Whip, Hurricane and Megahorn.
