The Secret Of Me
Dogwoof has so far partnered with three production companies, Elk, WildBear, and Sylver Entertainment to develop, finance and co-produce a slate of new independent documentary films and series. The aim of the deals is to continue to build strategic partnerships in the production space with trusted production partners and fully realise the strategy of becoming a fully integrated studio.
The deal will see the two companies – who most recently collaborated on the 2021 Sundance title Playing With Sharks – develop, finance and co-produce an initial slate of five documentaries. Recent titles include Every Little Thing and The Raftsmen.
Dogwoof and Elk previously worked together on The Lost Leonardo, which Elk produced and Dogwoof acted as financiers, EPs, sales agent, striking a multi-territory deal with Sony Pictures Classics, and also distributed the film theatrically in the U.K.
Dogwoof and Sylver Entertainment previously worked together on McEnroe, in partnership with Showtime, NBC Universal and Canal+. We are currently working on 2 feature documentaries on rugby legend Jonah Lomu and Manchester United ex-goal keeper Peter Schmeichel.
