Lane M We almost skipped "Win or Lose" because, honestly, we're not really a "sports family," so we thought it would be all surface-level sports stuff. Boy, were we wrong! The first two episodes are so good – they really get into the lives of these characters leading up to their championship game. But what really surprised us was how they handle mental health. It's not just talked about; it's *shown*. Like, they actually animate what anxiety or depression might look like if you could see it. It makes these things so much easier to understand, even if you've never gone through it yourself. It's a really powerful way to start conversations about mental health, especially with your family.
