Mì Quảng noodles are a type of noodles from Quang Nam province, Vietnam. They are a type of flat rice noodle made with meat, herbs, and a small amount of broth. It is usually made with turmeric. It is one of the most popular dishes in both Quảng Nam province and the city of Danang.
