Scintilla / Bugs / #1888 SCI_SETSELECTIONN api's call Redraw()

The SCI_SETSELECTIONN api's all call Redraw() rather than invalidating only the changed range, leading to poor performance if they are used often. The patch is relatively old; please let me know if it needs to be updated
