Harry was a United Earth Directorate non-combatant technician. He was working in the psi disrupter that Vice Admiral Alexei Stukov was in after abandoning the battle on Aiur, prompting Admiral Gerard DuGalle to send in a commando team led by Lieutenant Samir Duran to deal with him. Refusing to divulge information, Harry was killed by the invading marines.
