Mr. Johnson is a board member of the UED Naming Committee, working alongside Mr. Smith and Ms. Cole. It appears that he is the head of the three, or, if not, at least is the most assertive. It appears that he wishes to cut down on work time whenever possible, especially when it came to naming the space platform New Venice.
