Alareen Xie
Alareen Xie was a Jedi who was active during the High Republic Era. At some point she ended up in No-Space, where the Nihil had their main base. She eventually joined the Colony of Kezarat, and helped defend it from the Nihil. The Abyssin Blythe later stated that without Xie's help, the colony would not have survived.[2] By 4 ABY,[1] Xie had died and was remembered by the colony with her being depicted on a mural. After her death, a belief rose up through the colony that another Jedi would one day arrive and help them leave No-Space. During the Galactic Civil War, Blythe and his son Forvan showed the mural and recounted Xie's story to members of the Rebel Alliance, including the Jedi-in-training Luke Skywalker.[2]
