Joshua Steele

Joshua Steele was a drinker at Y Pren Marw inn at Glyngatwg in Wales.

In an alternate timeline in 2024, he encountered Ruby Sunday at the inn while he was drinking before turning home to his wife. Upon preparing to depart home for his tea, Ruby asked him to speak to the woman following her at 73 yards that she had seen ever since the Fifteenth Doctor had gone and to find out why she was following her. Joshua agreed and left the pub. However, upon approaching the woman, he turned back to Ruby watching from the window and screamed, running away.

Josh later refused to return to the inn, stating he could not because of "her", whom the landlady Lowri Palin assumed he meant Ruby, leading her to ban Ruby from staying at the inn so Josh would return. (TV: 73 Yards ^[+]Russell T Davies, Doctor Who series 14 (BBC One and Disney+, 2024).)
