1978 W.H.Allen & Co Doctor Who Promotion
W.H. Allen & Co, also known as W.H. Allen, was a book publishing company that owned Target Books. The name was changed from Universal-Tandem to W.H. Allen in the early 1970s. It was purchased by the Virgin Group in the late 1980s and incorporated within the renamed Virgin Publishing from 24th July 1991.
