Alan Fraser

Lieutenant Alan Fraser of the Royal Navy aircraft carrier Indefatigable was the 1980s descendant and heir of Colonel Malcolm Fraser, who died in 1885. He had inherited an artefact belonging to his great-great-granduncle which was recognised by a Celestial Intervention Agency operative as an alien energy weapon during a chance visit. This subsequently prompted Rowella to send Rollo, another CIA operative, back to 1885 to investigate. She gave Rollo a brief outline of the Colonel's life as could be gleaned from the testimony of Alan concerning family stories about him.
