Flor was a former soldier and thought that the Doctor and Benny had been sent by her old employers to find her.
She owned a few dogs, which often fought unusually, which the Doctor thought was curious. While investigating a case, they found a body.
She was tasked with supervising Benny after the Doctor got arrested, and showed her something from the past.
She was later attacked by a possessed Rylan Winsell but survived.
