Frey Sampor was an opponent and vocal critic of the Grand Serpent.
As part of an alliance deal with the Alforians, the Grand Serpent required that the four of Frey's family members hiding on Alforus Extant, which the Alforians had been sheltering, were to become part of a "natural accident". All four subsequently died on the lunar range. (TV: Once, Upon Time)
