Nicole was one of Nick's ex-girlfriends, who he was with from December 2016 to May 2020.
She left a pair of high heeled shoes and some boxes at Nick's flat before they broke up. He put them into storage at ELF Storage in case she asked for them back. They were still there by New Year's Eve 2021, when they were destroyed with the rest of the facility. (TV: Eve of the Daleks)
