Sylvie was a patient in the Welkin Sanatorium and Centre for Wellness. She had lost her son to illness and created an android one Thad which she was convinced was ill. She disappeared because of her hologram was accidentally switched off. She was eventually found with with Luchino and Franco. (AUDIO: The Lost Resort)
