What She Does Next Will Astound You was the third of the three originally planned Class novels, tied to the first series. It was written by James Goss.

At Coal Hill School, things have started to get public. Kids have become obsessed with a website that demands you perform risky stunts, or tell it your most painful secrets. And Seraphin, everyone's favourite vlogger, wants you to get involved. All in the name of charity.
At first people just get hurt. Then their lives are ruined. Finally, they disappear.
As April's fragile group of friends starts to fracture, she decides she’s going to uncover the truth behind this site herself. Whatever it takes, whoever she hurts, April’s going to win. But then, to her horror, she wakes up and finds her whole world’s changed.

- Some of the dares on truthordare.com involve playing Pokemon Go underwater and riding a hoverboard on a busy street.
- A message on truthordare.com mentions Donald Trump, Brexit and Nicki Minaj.
- The Ice Bucket Challenge is brought back to fight "Skandis". Apparently, it's "all a bit 2014". Neil did a Cup-A-Soup Challenge instead, on Ram's suggestion to do something different.

- Chapter names are styled as clickbait webpage titles.
- To better resemble an online blog, the Epub edition has no page numbers.
- The UK print is erroneously inconsistent in referring to Coal Hill. The synopsis and early pages of the novel call it "Coal Hill School" but once one chapter refers to it as "Coal Hill Academy", it is then referred to that way for the remainder of the book. The US print is even more erroneous in that said chapter reference as well as all other mentions of Coal Hill as an academy have been changed to school.

- The story was released as an unabridged 6x CD audiobook the same day as the US version of the novel by Blackstone Audio and HarperCollins through Quill Tree Books[1][2] on 6 March 2018[2], read by Billie Fulford-Brown.[2]

- Ram's texts to his girlfriend Rachel Chapman on the night of her death at the Autumn Prom, and on subsequent days after her death, are put up on truthordare.com without his permission. (TV: For Tonight We Might Die)
