Winston Blunt was a plumber.
In 1989, several Nestene energy unit landed on Earth. Blunt found one and was taken over. He formed the Galaxy Plastics Inc, then made to commit suicide. The Auton Mr Dolman took control of the company thereafter. (COMIC: Business as Usual)
