Talk:United States Air Force - Transformers Wiki
Hi, I need help from people with the HD-DVD or Blu-ray version of Transformers. I need to somebody to check the name tags of two USAF (blue shirts) high-ranking officers seen in the Pentagon.
- Brigadier General (played by Tom Everett) - bespectacled one-star general who authorises the shut down of the military network after Frenzy hacks it. Best place to see his name tag is when he's explaining to Secretary Keller that the Decepticons managed to hack into their network successfully and later when he reports that Maggie copied the hack onto her PANASONIC SD card.
- Four Star General (played by Steven Ford, son of former President Gerald Ford) - Four-star general who introduced Keller after Blackout's attack and the one who ordered the air force to attack Scorponok. He often accompanies Keller around. Best place to see his tag is right after Keller has his meeting with Tom Banachek. EDIT: Wait, he's an US Army general, as seen by his green service jacket. Oops.
There's apparently also this character played by somebody named Craig Barnett credited as Air Force Major General (that's two stars), but I can't find anybody fitting that description. I've already identified the blue-shirted two star Air Force major general (nametag: Burton) played by Michael Shamus Wiles, so it's not that guy.
Thanks for any help that anybody can provide. --FFN 21:31, 6 April 2009 (EDT)
Possible typo
On the section about the AC-130, there's a "force protection". I had a gut feeling that it should be "force projection" instead, because I've read this expression before elsewhere. But I could be remembering wrong. Right after that I read the page United_States_Marine_Corps and there it is: "force projection". I don't know, maybe it's actually supposed to be "protection" there, but I'm raising the discussion to get more thoughts on this.
