During my stay, I encountered several issues that really put a damper on my experience. The breakfast area was overcrowded, and many items were missing, making it difficult to find something to eat. Furthermore, there was a persistent musty odor in my room that was quite off-putting, which made it hard to relax after a long day. To make matters worse, the air conditioning unit was noisy and disrupted my sleep with its constant clatter.

Staff were lekker friendly, always smiling and cleaning the place nonstop. The brekkie selection changed daily, which was refreshing. I loved the pool area. so clean and chill, and we could pop over to a nice Mexican restaurant without hitting the busy street.
The AC was a bit noisy, but not a biggie for us.

The hotel is close to the Children's Museum and great dining spots. The spacious room was perfect for hanging out, and the pool area was super nice. Ideal base for exploring the town. Breakfast was decent and got us ready for the day.
We found the pull-out sofa dirty, which was a letdown. No bedding was provided for it either, so we had to improvise. Would've been nice to have that sorted out for a better stay.

The Double Suite was spacious for our family of four. I loved that it had two TVs and lots of mirrors. The separate sink and vanity area were great for getting everyone ready at once. However, there was no bedding for the pull-out sofa, and some crumbs were found on it, which was a little gross. The pool area was nice and clean, and we really enjoyed the heated pool!
