The Last Hotel Reviews
The Last Hotel - Saint Louis
United States of America, November 2024
this hotel certainly isn’t what it claims to be. My room was tiny. they stuffed me in the 'e commerce' closet. bathroom supplies were non-existent, and the food options were laughable. how dare no one offer an upgrade or at least some sort of complimentary gesture for all that inconvenience. was really planning on a glowing review, but obviously not now!

beautiful view of the city, making it the perfect spot to unwind. However, my check-in experience was frustrating, as there was only one person at the desk during busy hours, leading to a long wait. Overall, a mix of great perks and some hiccups.

Opt for valet parking, as street parking can be limited. The rooftop views are stunning, but be prepared for chilly temperatures at the pool.

Rooftop pool view nice, but too cold.

The closures of the rooftop pool, bar, and restaurant are a significant letdown!!! Inconsistent cleanliness and issues like hair on linens, along with delayed room service and communication failures, indicate neglect!!!

Our family deluxe room was super spacious and cozy, offering great sleeping arrangements. We loved how unique and historic the place felt while sleeping like babies without disturbances from outside. We felt really secure here!
Felt very special, nothing too much trouble.

An attractive property with an industrial vibe, the deluxe king room was cozy and perfect for a getaway. The rooftop pool and bar served excellent hand-cut steaks, a highlight of the trip. However, parking can be tricky, with only paid street options or a private lot available for $30 per day. Visitors should note that the neighborhood can be sketchy at times, but the staff were friendly and accommodating.

I had a great stay, and the rooftop bar was a perfect spot to unwind at night. The food and drinks at The Pantry were good and easy to grab. I also appreciated the hotel's connection to its past as a shoe factory with unique decor. Although I found the parking options limited and slightly pricey, I enjoyed the overall ambiance of the place. I stayed in a family room, and it offered comfortable arrangements. During my visit, I faced a delay at check-in due to staffing, which needed to improve.

The Last Hotel offers a unique industrial charm, and the staff's warmth truly stands out, making you feel welcome. However, there were frustrating moments, like the lengthy check-in wait and issues with room amenities like the TV and pillows. Definitely needs improvement in consistency and service.

I felt super secure during my stay, thanks to the keycard access for the doors and elevators. The rooftop pool and sun terrace were perfect spots to relax and soak up the sun. One downside was that the pool towels were slow to be restocked, but it didn’t really dampen my experience. 😊

I enjoyed my time at this hotel, especially the rooftop pool with a nice view of the city. However, I found parking was tricky and the neighborhood felt a bit sketchy at times. The experience I had with checking in was frustrating, as there was a long wait due to limited staff. Overall, my stay had its ups and downs, but I appreciated the unique charm of the place. I'll definitely remember this when I return to the area.
