Manchester derbisi (İngilizce: Manchester derby), İngiltere'nin Manchester şehrinde; Manchester City ile Manchester United takımları karşılaştıkları zaman İngiltere'de ve dünyada büyük önem kazanan derbilerinden biridir. City'nin stadı olan Manchester Şehir Stadyumu doğuda yer alırken United'ın stadı olan Old Trafford ise güneyde yer almaktadır.
