Satelight (Creator)

Satelight (サテライト) is a Japanese Anime studio mostly known for the Animated Adaptation of Fairy Tail and Macross Frontier. They are also known for producing the Aquarion and Symphogear franchises.

Founded in December of 1995, the company is the second Japanese studio^note to utilize digitally colored animation. The company also uses CG in many (if not all) of their works.

Animation Bump: Certain episodes of Macross Frontier, often the CG is of far higher quality. This can quality for most of their anime, including Basquash!! and Genesis of Aquarion.
Deranged Animation: They worked with Hong Ying on Basquash!!, which is an odd series in and of itself. Fairy Tail also has its moments.
