"Fox and the grapes" is one of Aesop's Fables.
There was once a fox who gazed a beautiful bunch of ripe grapes hanging. The grapes looked juicy and tasteful as the fox's mouth watered at the sight. The bunch was high and the fox had to jump for it, but could not reach no matter how hard it tried. Then the fox scorned, thinking it was wasting time over some sour grapes that are not worth it, then left.
