"Horse and the stag" is one Aesop's Fables.
There was once a horse who had an entire plain for itself. One day a stag came into the horse's domain and shared its pasture. The horse was furious and decided to ask a human for help to take revenge on the stag. The human said that if the horse is willing to receive a bit in its mouth and carry him on its back, then he would help. The horse consented, but realized too late it let itself to be enslaved by the human.

The moral is that revenge is not worth it since the price of revenge outweighs the benefits.
