"Swan and the goose" is one of Aesop's Fables.

Once upon a time, a man had a swan and a goose. The man came out one night to slaughter the goose for a meal, but it was too dark for him to properly see and accidentally took the swan. Upon this, the swan began to sing, making the man realize his mistake and let go off the bird.
