Changed the Way You Trope Me:
- Break-Up Song: "Changed the Way You Kiss Me", which is about a poor relationship where the narrator states he's more scared of her than death.
I've never been afraid of the highest heights
Or afraid of flying, now
I've never been afraid of the wildest fights
Not afraid of dying
But now I want off this ride, 'cause you're scaring me
And I don't like where we're going
I need a new fun fair, cause you're scaring me
And I don't like where we're going - Drugs Are Bad: "Stay Awake" is about how people using drugs will just encourage younger people to do so.
- Face on the Cover: The cover of Playing in the Shadows is a picture of Example with half his face covered in shadow.
- Protest Song: "Stay Awake" is about how doing drugs encourages younger generations to do so and how it will harm them.
If we don't kill ourselves, we'll be the leaders of a messed up generation
