Ultrawoman Grigio Darkness
Ultrawoman Grigio Darkness (ウルトラウーマングリージョダークネス, Urutoraūman Gurījo Dākunesu) is a twisted clone of Ultrawoman Grigio and a Darkness Warrior.[2] She debuted in a stage show at Ultra Heroes EXPO 2021 New Year Festival, before making her first canonical appearance in Ultra Galaxy Fight: The Destined Crossroad.

Ultrawoman Grigio Darkness was created from Ultrawoman Grigio through The Kingdom's Alien Bat, who replicated Ultra Dark-Killer's Killer Plasma and merge it with Grigio's stolen light energy. The two Grigios battled, with Darkness having the upper hand until Ultraman Nice, Ultraman Zearth and Ultraman Boy gave the real Grigio the encouragement she needed to strengthen her resolve. Ultra Heroes EXPO 2021 Battle Stage[]
Ultrawoman Grigio Darkness was summoned alongside Ultraman X Darkness, Ultraman Geed Darkness and Ultraman Zero Darkness by Ultra Dark-Killer under Absolute Tartarus' orders to eliminate mankind and lure the Ultras to Earth. Alongside Jamila, she and her Darkness Warriors fought against Ultraman Z and the auto-piloted Sevenger.
When the rest of the Ultra Warriors came to Z and Sevenger's aid, the villains fought the heroes in a one-on-one battle. In addition to fighting Sevenger again, Grigio Darkness and Ultra Dark-Killer constantly exchanged opponents, alternating between fighting Ultraman Zero and the real Ultrawoman Grigio. NEW GENERATION THE LIVE: Ultraman Trigger STAGE 1[]
In the stage show, Ultrawoman Grigio went to Tiga's aid in fighting against Camearra. However, not wanting any third party to interrupt her fight with her old flame, the dark Ultra used her power to manifest Grigio Darkness from Grigio's own inner darkness. While fighting against her doppelganger, Asahi come to terms with her inner demons and embraced her counterpart, causing the darkness to disappear and explode into light particles. Grigio Darkness appeared during commercial segments of Ultraman Chronicle Z: Heroes' Odyssey episode 16, first by promoting the TSUBURAYA IMAGINATION and finally imploring the viewers to subscribe to the YouTube channel.
In the rerun episodes of Ultraman Trigger: New Generation Tiga, Grigio Darkness appear in front of the audience to present a secret video, the Ultra Galaxy Fight: The Absolute Conspiracy Director's Cut in TSUBURAYA IMAGINATION.

- The existence of Grigio Darkness was already mentioned as a joke by Arisa Sonohara, Asahi Minato's actress, when both her and Takuya Negishi attended a live premier of the director's cut version of Ultra Galaxy Fight: New Generation Heroes. In that same stage show, Negishi also jokingly suggested the appearance of Ultraman Ginga's version of his own Darkness.[3]
- Arisa also joked that Grigio Darkness' grunt would be a distorted version of Asahi's "Happy!" catchphrase, yet the Grigio Darkness at Ultra Heroes EXPO was as silent as the other Darkness Ultras. The Grigio Darkness in the ULTRAMAN OFFICIAL YouTube Channel is portrayed as calm and collected in contrast to Asahi's cheerfulness, as well as talking in a seductive manner.
- Like X and Geed Darkness, Grigio Darkness' colors are red and black, paralleling Grigio's orange and silver color respectively. The light purple coloration on her chest area replaces the original Grigio's black streak, while the same color on her head replaces the original's orange color.
- Grigio Darkness' first appearance in the YouTube rebroadcast of Ultraman Chronicle Z: Heroes' Odyssey episode 16 is pertinent, since the episode promoted the fake Ultra Warriors with Grigio Darkness also considered as one.
