The Arboretum is a large grove that can be found on the eastern coast of Jade Forest, high above the Mistveil Sea. It is bordered by the Jade Temple Grounds of the Temple of the Jade Serpent to the south, Dawn's Blossom to the west, and the Shrine of the Dawn to the north.

The Order of the Cloud Serpent has their base of operations here, along with their ink masters that use the pink petals that grow among the trees.

There are two pandaren dig sites in the Arboretum, one to the southeast and one to the northwest of the central island.

After the awakening of the Dragon Isles, the area was visited by Li Li Stormstout, Chen Stormstout, and Catelyn the Blade. Catelyn found a Pearl of Yu'lon here.^[1] They also asked the monks of the Arboretum to see Windward Isle, that was under the monks' protection.^[2]
