Murali (Balakrishna) is the son of a business magnate, SVR (SP Balasubramaniam) who is also off to Switzerland to pursue education. SVR calls Murali to India to meet a bride selected by him. Murali does not like the idea and goes back to Switzerland. He meets Sowmya there, predictably enough, they fall in love. SVR who goes to Switzerland approves their love. They come back together to India. SVR sets out to meet Achyuta Ramaiah in connection with their marriage. The latter is injured in an accident in which SVR's car is involved. Sowmya's grandfather is hospitalized and as a result of which, Jalandhara instigates the family against an alliance between Sowmya and Murali.
Rating :

Murali hurt by the developments after the accident, assures his father that he will bring the family to offer Sowmya's hand in marriage to him. He goes as a cook and changes the negative attitudes of the family towards SVR's family and wins them over. He also makes the sons-in-law more responsible towards their businesses. Jalandhara exposes Murali's real identity to her grandfather, and as a result of this, he gets driven out of the house. Achyuta Ramaiah's daughters and sons-in-law are hurt by this. That Murali was responsible in their transformation comes as a revelation to Achyuta Ramaiah and he readily offers Sowmya in marriage to Murali.

The director attempts a novel approach with a run-of-the-mill story by playing up the comical aspect thereby providing good entertainment to the audience. EVV Satyanarayana known for his acumen with rib-tickling comedy, does not optimize on his potential in this family drama. Music by Koti is also not impressive despite the movie being an entertainer. Nandamuri Mohan Krishna's photography is very impressive.
