VAC Updated

The VAC Security Modules have been updated. Basically, this update allows cheat logging to work in CS 1.6, whatever that means. CS servers will be automatically upgraded with the new VAC modules. View Nick Shaffner's email below.

The usual stuff.

Additionally, cheat logging should now work for everyone running 1.6.
