- Electronic Arts announced today that it has shipped SimCity 4 Deluxe Edition, the latest installment of the city building simulation franchise, to stores. The package includes SC4 and SimCity 4: Rush Hour, the expansion pack that requires the original game to play, and the whole deal is priced at $39.99.
The Rush Hour expansion pack enhances SimCity 4 by giving extensive access roads, rail, air, waterways, and even control over vehicles. You can accept both "good" and "evil" missions involving capturing car-jackers and bank robbers.
