Utility for mathematic and geodetic education

  • GonioLab requires Sun's Java Web Start (version 1.5.0_08 or later) installed and enabled in your browser. If the program does not start, install Java for free.
  • In order for GonioLab to start, you will have to accept any questions from the browser.

    The module Unit circle visualizes the 6 trigonometric functions as well as the 6 hyperbolic functions.

    • The Trigonometric functions are; Sinus, Cosine, Tangent, Cosecant, Secant & Cotangent.
      Common abbreviations are; sin, cos, tan, csc, sec & cot.

    • The Hyperbolic functions are; Hyperbolic sinus, Hyperbolic cosine, Hyperbolic tangent, Hyperbolic cosecant, Hyperbolic secant & Hyperbolic cotangent.
      Common abbreviations are; sinh, cosh, tanh, csch, sech & coth.
