In June 1955, when a person of obscure repute, Alex Cushing, came to put Squaw Valley's candidature in the organization of Winter Game, there was in this valley lost by the Nevada, situated in 1900 m. Over the sea level, that a single hotel and a single skylit of which Cushing was the happy owner, as of most of the surrounding grounds. In five years hardly a station modern extreme reactionary is born and welcomes Games.
