Rabid have been together now since 1979 and have had various line-ups,
the present line up has been together now for 6 months, Dean is the only
original member left in the band. Their first single was brought out on
their own label "white label" and it soon sold out. It reached #48 in the
Independent Charts. Their first single was re-released by Fallout records,
some six months later against the bands wishes. Rabid signed to Fallout
because Rabid's first single was distributed by Fresh Records, but Fresh
went bankrupt owing Rabid £1.460. Rabid have never recieved any of the
money that Fresh owed them because they were unsecure creditors.
Rabid were on TV in 1982 on a programme called 'Newswatch U.K.'.
During 1983 they have played with groups like G.B.H., Exploited
and the U.K. Subs...................................
