Voicu Mihnea Simandan is a Romanian-born writer, researcher and freelance journalist who is currently living in Bangkok, Thailand. He has published three books as well as short stories, essays, articles, book reviews and interviews in several newspapers and magazines from Romania and Thailand. He writes both in Romanian and English. He has been a member of the Bangkok Writers’ Guild, a group of English-speaking Bangkok-based writers, since 2008.
