What's New - Update July 19, 2009: A link to a Computerworld article by Ken Gagne and Matt Lake with more info on pre-Web online services was added to Chapter 22, "Telecommunications".
Welcome to the Apple II History! The core of information presented here was originally a series of articles printed in the early 1990's in the Metro Apple Computer Hobbyists (MACH) User Group Newsletter in Omaha, Nebraska. It was gathered from personal experience, from various Apple II periodicals and books (continued in Intro)
Many people helped make the Apple II platform thrive and survive. Where Are They Now? is the place to find out what these past heroes are doing now.
