2010 Annual Applied Biology Conference
The APB Board of Directors is pleased to announce the 2010 Annual Applied Biology Conference Water, Wind, Wildlife to be held in Kelowna, May 5-8, 2010. Water, Wind, Wildlife will examine the current challenges, innovations and successes of biology professionals working in BC. New details on the Conference can be viewed at Conference Agenda.
Mentorship Program
The mentorship program is now up and running for members of the APB. Vounteer to be a mentor or sign up as a protege by going to www.apbbc.bc.ca/mentorship/
2010 Dues Notice
As a further step towards a successful transition to financial independence,
The Association of Professional Biologists of B.C. (APB)
now requires 2010 dues payment of $85.00 for membership.
Membership in the APB provides:
- access to BioServe;
- BioNotice and BioNews distribution;
- reduced fees to attend the Annual Applied Biology Conference, and
- access to many other affinity programs.
Membership in the APB requires membership in the College of Applied Biology.
