Last season's Guinness Premiership Final sold out for the second consecutive year with 81,601 supporters seeing Leicester Tigers defeat London Irish by a solitary point.
The 2010 Guinness Premiership Final will take place on Saturday, 29 May 2010. With over 30,000 tickets now having been sold, the match is expected to sell out for a third consecutive season.
'It was a smashing occasion and another illustration of the fact that in terms of passion, atmosphere and noise, these major club occasions now outdo England home internationals by a considerable margin. They are far more boisterous and colourful, which is something for the England grandees to consider. Twickenham is now a wonderful arena and deserves a vibrancy.'
