Education

The Jheronimus Academy of Data Science (JADS) is a unique joint initiative of Eindhoven University of Technology and Tilburg University. The academy provides a number of data science programs at undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate level.

The vibrant heart of JADS is the Mariënburg Campus in ‘s-Hertogenbosch. Courses are also given at the university campuses in Tilburg and Eindhoven. 

​Joint Bachelor

The Bachelor Data Science is a joint undergraduate program by Tilburg University and Eindhoven University of Technology. The bachelor is an English taught program. This BSc is your stepping stone to turning Big Data into value-added solutions for technology, industry, government and society.

We offer several data science Master's programs at either our new Mariënburg Campus in ‘s- Hertogenbosch (JADS), Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) and Tilburg University (TiU). Each MSc program focuses on a different data science application or area of expertise.

The Professional Doctorate in Engineering (PDEng) Program Data Science is a 2-year post-master program that focuses on applied techniques and design in a professional context. Students work in close collaboration with industry on large-scale, interdisciplinary projects.

Data expert program

The Data Expert program is designed for ambitious professionals with a strong analytical and quantitative background.
Duration: 1 year, starting on 27 January 2017, approximately 30 full working days - in general on Fridays and one weekend.
The program consists of 8 blocks, covering all aspects of data science.
Participants will receive an official certificate from JADS/Tilburg University/Eindhoven University of Technology.
Program objectives: Data science Knowledge & skills, Business alignment and Entrepreneurship.
