The River Centre at the Bluewater Energy Park is a 10,220 square metre (110,000 sq. foot) office and laboratory complex located on a scenic, landscaped site at the west side of the Park on the bank of the St. Clair River.

Offices are on a two story atrium style corridor that looks out over the riverfront. Laboratories are on the east side of the building with excellent access to shipping and receiving facilities.

The River Centre complex also has an existing cafeteria space and a large auditorium able to accommodate conferences and moderately large meetings.

The River Centre is available for lease on both an exclusive and shared basis with all energy, heating and cooling requirements subject to the same low energy 'behind the fence' pricing as manufacturing facilities at the Bluewater Energy Park.
