T. S. Stribling | Encyclopedia of Alabama
Author Thomas S. Stribling (1881-1965), often described as a "literary maverick," wrote works critical of the South which were mainly set in northern Alabama during the antebellum period. He won a Pulitzer Prize in 1933 for his novel, The Store.
