I recently had the opportunity to ask the amazingly beautiful Kleio Valentien, one of the co-hosts of the recent 2013 Inked Awards, some questions about her career.

How did you get started in the adult industry?

Not the adult industry per se, but, my first experience with being naked in front of others that were clothed was during nude model sessions for an art class at a local college. I mentioned the class to a friend and he told me about a website called BurningAngel.com. He thought I’d be a perfect fit. I applied to Burning Angel that day and filmed my first scene for them a few months later.

What was your first scene/movie?

The first scene I shot for Burning Angel is called “Burning Angel Jeopardy” with Mr. Pete and Alec Knight. I guess I banged two guys my first time on camera!

You do a lot of webcam work, as well as movies. Do you prefer one over the other and why?

Camming and shooting are two totally different things. Webcam is great because I am able to cater to my fans and give them what they want on a more intimate level. I also get to learn about them and their lives, which can be interesting. Filming scenes/movies is fun because I get to be part of a production and have great sex on camera for people to see later. I enjoy having my makeup done and dressing up to fit a role.

What movie/scene have you done that you’re most proud of/excited about and why?

I have been part of some great projects with Burning Angel. Joanna (Angel) has put me in a bunch of their features and parodies. One of the the most recent was called Blondes Do It Better. I was able to work with some great people in that movie. I did a threesome with Ramon and Jessie Lee that was totally hot. Recently, Axl Braun cast me as Diamondback in his Captain America 2 parody. That was loads of fun! I was very excited to be involved in choreographed fight scenes and wear a rad spandex costume to match my character.

Who is your favorite performer to work with (male or female)?

My favorite guy to work with is Danny Wylde. I have had so much fun every time we’ve been paired up. My first scene with him for Burning Angel was really cool. I’m real into anal, so when I told him to put his cock in my ass, he was very surprised! Azrael is my favorite girl to work with; I have a huge girl crush on her and she has been the only girl, so far, who’s made me squirt.

What’s the most surprising part of your job?

Who I will be having sex with that day!

What’s the most frustrating part of your job?

When there isn’t a job to be had.

Burning Angel was one of the leading websites to promote inked/alternative models. Even though being an inked performer is becoming more mainstream, do you feel that it’s still harder for an inked girl to get work?

I can’t really speak on why performers do and do not get work, but, I feel tattoos will not hold a girl back like they did in the past, but of course, there will always be the haters, forever and ever.

What tattoo was your first one?

Oh boy, my first tattoo is the little heart and crossbones on my left shoulder. I got that on my 18th birthday.

What is your favorite tattoo/most sentimental/most meaningful?

My favorite tattoo would have to be my lower stomach/side piece, black and grey roses. A good friend of mine, Ryan Dodson, tattooed them.

What’s the most random tattoo you have?

The most random tattoo would be what I have on my right forearm. A friend from high school drew it on a bunch of us and we all went to get it tattooed that day.

Any tattoos that you regret?

Naaaah.

What is your favorite type of music/favorite band?

Currently, I’m listening to my Pixies Pandora station. I enjoy The Misfits, Pantera, some synth/electronic pop, etc.

What is one fact about you that your fans would be surprised to know (hobbies/talents/etc)?

I love to cook. I’ve gotten pretty good at it, too. It makes me happy when I see people enjoying something I have made. Growing up in the South really influenced my cooking style and has helped me come up with some tasty dishes.

During the Inked Awards broadcast, you mentioned that you had an anal scene with Tommy Pistol and he cracked you up. Do you remember exactly what it was that he said?

The scene I had with Tommy Pistol was for Joanna’s Angels 3 and was a threesome with Draven Star. During the scene, he pretended he had banana powers, being able to make them appear and disappear whenever he said a certain word. When he was fucking our assholes he would randomly make one appear and it took everything in me not to start laughing. He is such a fun performer to work with and always keeps you guessing with what he will do next.

 

What projects do you have coming up that you’re really excited about?

I recently shot a handful of scenes for handful of companies, so, I’m excited for y’all to check them out!
