Motoyoshi Oda (小田 基義 Oda Motoyoshi) was a Japanese film director.

After graduating from Waseda University in 1935, Oda joined PCL Film Factory (currently Toho Studios) as an assistant director, working under director Kajiro Yamamoto. After four years with the company, he began directing his own films. Oda directed 1954's Invisible Man and the 1955 Godzilla film Godzilla Raids Again.
