Alina is a Forsaken found in the Lordamere Internment Camp in the Alterac Mountains. Magus Wordeen Voidglare wanted the Bloodstone Shard that Alina had, a relic that Alina had taken as part of her attempt to defect from her people.
Alongside Ricter and Dermot, and under the leadership of Kegan Darkmar, Alina departed the Undercity and participated in the theft of Bloodstone Artifacts from a secure vault before fleeing to the ruins of the Lordamere Internment Camp in the foothills of the Alterac Mountains. Despite the considerable distance they had fled, the group was unable to escape the reach of the Horde, and Alina was slain alongside her compatriots at the behest of Magus Wordeen Voidglare, with her pilfered artifact returned.
