Prior to the Battle for the Broken Shore, he appears in Stormwind Harbor along with several other priest followers, working on blessing bandages for the front on the Broken Shore. Curiously, despite having an Alliance counterpart and working for the Horde, Zuo seems to have no qualms being in Alliance territory.
