The City Hall[57, 48] of Stormwind is one of the key administrative centers of the city. While not all its functions are clear, it can be assumed that the City Hall is responsible for all architectural and demographic affairs, housing the city's chief architect, Baros Alexston, as well as its chief census-taker, Royal Factor Bathrilor. Additionally, it appears to house all of Stormwind City's census records, spanning some years, but may only be accessed through some specialized and arcane means[1]. The City Hall can be found in the Cathedral Square of Stormwind, just east, and across from, the Cathedral of Light.
